- Hi, I'm Laura. I'm a 23-year-old student at California State University, Long Beach, studying Journalism and Public Relations. I work at 930 Sushi in Newport Beach as a server. Being healthy, whether it be by what I eat, exercising, or getting plenty of rest, is something that is a large part of my life, mainly due to my celiac disease. This is why I chose to write about health issues on campus, which I am interested in not only learning more about, but also improving!
